Paul Y. Construction (B.C.) Ltd. is a private company wholly owned by the Tso family based in Hong Kong. The family has been active in civil and building construction and real estate investment and development for over 70 years. Originally founded in Shanghai in the 1940’s, the company led by Paul Y. Tso found success by integrating western engineering technology with traditional workmanship. In 1949, Mr. Tso relocated the company to Hong Kong where Paul Y. ‘s success continued.
In both Hong Kong and Singapore, we built major landmarks including office buildings, hotels, luxury residential apartments, civic facilities and public works. The company is one of the leading civil engineering contractors and projects included cross harbour tunnels, airport runway, reservoirs, marine cables, waste treatment facilities, expressways, bridges, as well as the mass transit railway systems in both Hong Kong and Singapore.
In Vancouver, the family established Paul Y. Construction (B.C.) Ltd. in the 1970’s to engage in property investment and development. Our strategy is to develop high quality buildings in prime locations in Vancouver.
