Paul Y. Construction (B.C.) Ltd. was established in Canada by the Tso family. The company focuses on real estate investment and property development in Vancouver.
1987 TO CURRENT
Under independent management, Paul Y. Engineering is engaged in construction contracting in Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore, as a wholly owned subsidiary of a listed Hong Kong entity.
1970s TO 1980s
Paul Y. Construction Company Limited became the first construction company to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Under the leadership of George C. Tso, the company grew to be one of the largest construction companies operating in Hong Kong and Singapore. The business expanded to real estate, warehouses, and shipping. The company also served as construction consultant for a number of ground breaking hospitality projects in China and participated as an investor in large mixed used developments which included hospitality and retail components.
1940s TO 1960s
Founded in Shanghai in 1946. Company moved to Hong Kong in 1949. Expanded to Singapore in 1953.
